About Us

Jemima Felton

Jemima is Director and Co-Founder of the International Centre for Governance and Policy. She has spent her entire career in the field of education and training. For the last 14 years, she has worked with organisations all over the globe in the delivery of off-the-shelf, tailored and bespoke training solutions. She has been fortunate to travel all over the world to support learning with clients, and has worked with professionals from public, private and third sector organisations from more than 50 countries across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, the Caribbean and the Americas.
She is particularly interested in good governance and sustainability issues, and is proud to have worked with organisations such as the United Nations Development Programme and the United Nations Environment Programme to facilitate training for wider audiences.
Her many years of client-facing work have honed her ability to understand the needs of customers in the design of training interventions and are complemented by a desire to provide excellent service at every opportunity.

Matt Binns

Matt is Director and Co-Founder of the International Centre for Governance and Policy. He has 10-years’ experience working in public sector training and communications. Starting his career working on large-scale election campaign communications, Matt turned his professional focus to the world of training and professional development and has designed courses on wide-reaching policy, strategy and governance topics for hundreds of organisations at local, regional, national and international level.
Matt has worked with experts and thought leaders across the world to embed the latest learning into our training programmes. He develops and crafts the courses alongside our expert trainers to ensure the learning includes the most current methodologies and practical tools for delegates, and is delivered with a varied and dynamic approach. Matt particularly enjoys seeing the learning journey of delegates throughout the training and how they plan to implement positive change in their organisation.
