Overview
Regulation: Theory and Practice analyses the purpose, potential and reality of regulation in practice. Through an immersive 4-day training programme, delegates will study different regulatory frameworks, examine the impact of differing policy interventions from regulation, analyse how to involve multiple stakeholders in the regulatory process and balance the interest of public vs private sector interests.
